Pathetic Waiting Time

Waited for more than 50 minutes for someone in the call centre to answer my call, eventually just gave up waiting, telkom are still using the pathetic excuse of nelson mandela's death as a reason for their staff not answering the phone. i have been trying to report a fault on my adsl line for more than 3 weeks now and still nothing has been fixed, TELKOM YOU ARE PATHETIC!!!
