With my ADSl dying once again (after being "fixed" 8 days ago) I finally realised that either: (1) Telkom techies in Benoni are iddiots or (2) Telkom have too many clients on the Rynfield exchange, as for the past three months, my ADSL has been more offline than available. Alternately, my ADSL connection is shared with another client - i.e. I got 15 dyas use a month and client number two the other 15 days - this way Telkom can rake in double subscriptions!!

FFS - Telkom, please send a competent techie to my local exchange so that this issue can finally be resolved. Sadly Telkom knows that wireless is not an aotion in this area and they have the monopoly - hence poor service and a don't give a hoot attitude.
