I applied for a contract with an x-box on Sunday 5 January 2014 with Chanee at Nashua mobile midlands liberty mall inPietermaritzburg. i sent her all information via email and was advised that i could collect the x-box and phone on Monday 6 January 2014 once i submit payslips and 3 months stamped bank statements.
i delivered the documentation on Monday but was then told stock would only be available at the absolute latest on Wednesday 8 January after 15h00 and i could collect the units but would have to sign a single document while making the collection.
Fortunatley i called before going in as i was advised that after being told all was approved, it was in fact declined and no stock had been ordered/despatched tp Pietermaritzburg.
i spoke to Camern who claims to be the manager but he was arrogant and quite honestly obnoxious and rude and really incompetent as he knows nothing.
I requested Mark Taylors details but as per previous complaints, Mark wont take customer calls and i ended up speaking to Matt who claims to be a manager and he would contact me by 17h00 on Wed 8 Jan.
By 16h30 nothing had happened and quite honestly i expect Mark Taylor to have the descency to call me.
