Received a wrong handset

Since I put an a claim on my mobile I haven't received good service at all. I have received a wrong loan phone & I have been trying to call 0831236084 but no respond. The phone that has been delivered to me it's not the one that I was expecting, I received an old model phone (GT-S5233A) instead of a Galaxy pocket. please consider this matter as soon as possible, I will really appreciate a feedback.
