Hi yes it is me again.
For a while now my 3g dongle has been giving me trouble, it keeps on disconnecting from the internet and tells me that my sim is unregistered or invalid, when i go to the store to have the problem sorted they want to charge me? for what? your network issues? now iam unable to my internet at all. i sent through 2 emails with no response iam so tired of your bad customer service. as soon as one problem gets sorted another one pops up? why?? please get this sorted asap this is the last straw.
