I mean really i have been a ADSL customer for more then 10 years now and i have been trying to log a complain that the Internet speed is very slow! i have a 10meg line and i am on 3meg, what is that? what am i paying for? and it has been years that i am paying you for this without you even acknowledging this or appreciating a little at least!!! i called 4 times waited for hours in the que they transfer me 10 times to this and that department and cut my call at the end!! i am tired i will change my ISP if they dont help me after this!! Telkom you are not the only ISP this days remember its not the past you also have competition!
