Hi guys,

Please see the compliment posted on Friday (https:///telkom/compliments/fantastic-technician-1288604). When the technician left everything was working very well, but from Sunday both the lines degraded rapidly and they are both now down more than they are up. It drops for about 1-2min every couple of minutes.

I've logged two escalation requests on the business contact centre website and have heard nothing back. Please escalate the requests so we can get online again, and if possible please send the same technician that came on Friday as he knows where the problem is.
