I am very angry and disappointed by the imprudent service RMCS is providing to the consumers. I have been trying to cancel my contract with RMCS since July 2013, and when I call RMCS, I am told that the contract has been cancelled. I called Vodacom as I wanted my itemised billing and I was informed that I am still contracted to RMCS. I am very disappointed by this bad service and if it means I should close my account at Edgars in order to stop this company from debiting my account, I will disappointingly close it...
I don't understand why the is it taking RMCS so long to convert my number to prepaid whereas it didn't take them 30minutes to convert it to a contract. This is absolutely ridiculous and unacceptable. I want my number to be converted back to PREPAID WITH IMMEDIATE EFECT (Monday, 28 October 2013). FAILURE TO DO SO, I WILL HAVE TO GO THE LEGAL ROUTE... And since you have wasted my time, i want my itemised billing for the month of SEPTEMBER 2013 on Monday, 28 October 2013 (send it to my email address)!!!
