8ta service is horrible

I took out an 8ta Internet promo 5 contract sometime end of last year and i realized that at the end of the month there was no money deducted from my account for the service, i let it go assuming that its the first month so they probably skipped the month, but after the second month that they still didn't deduct money i went to 8ta to see whats going on. They saw on my payment details that the wrong persons banking details was on my account and they deducted his account so i opened a case with them to fix it. A month went by and i saw yet again no money was deducted and the next day they cut of my service. I went in and found out that i didn't have a payment profile and that the case i opened still had a status of unattended so they said i have to pay the full amount outstanding before they activate my account again, so i paid everything including the new month and its been more than a week since i took the proof of payment to them and still no Internet. I get no feedback from them, i have to go in every time and start the process of explaining my situation all over again, this is unacceptable
