Still nothing done regarding false advertising

It has almost been a month now yet Mtn phoned me once to say their investigating and nothing has happened since. This is really really bad service and shocking that Mtn is not even bother too rectify this I mean I am not the only one there must have been steps put in place. I would like to be notified MTN
