Disconnected despite paying account

Hello,

I have been a paying cellphone contract customer of Autopage for 15 years now. On 30th December I duly went online, checked my outstanding balance and paid my account by EFT as I do every month. On Monday 6th January I received a snotty sms saying pay the outstanding 75 rand or be disconnected. So I went back online and checked my account, there was now a different number there but anyways, I paid the money via EFT and sent through proof of payment on Tuesday 7th.

This morning I woke up to a disconnected mobile phone.
Firstly, thank you Autopage for once again proving your incompetence in dealing with problems. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing in your organisation and it never has.
Secondly, thank you for your attitude towards a customer who has quite possibly spent in the region of a quarter of a million rand NPV with you and for disconnecting him over 75 rand after two days from first warning, you make your paying customers feel very valuable
