Good heavens a new year with new trouble, yet old ways will never change. Pathetic service from Telkom/8ta where it comes to switching on a cell phone. I was told the 11/12/2013 to pay R1918 and in 5 hours my phone will be on but alas no service, then on the 03/01/2104 at 09;18;32 I was instructed to pay a further R635.00 for my cellphone to be switched on and guess what??? STILL NOT SWITCHED ON.I mean this is so ridiculous, is there no one in South Africa that can tell me what on earth is happening to my cellphone account with Telkom? 8ta?? I will be going over to the Telecommunications department, Carte Blanche and where ever and even the news papers with this pathetic service. I have been patient with this nonsense and it ends tonight. I will be going to legal authorities to get this sorted out. I AM NOW OF KISSING SOME TO HELP ME GET MY PHONE UP AND RUNNING.
