Telkom absolutely pathetic

My internet has been down for 3 days. Logged a call on Sunday. Telkom phoned Monday morning to say they are fixing it then. Phone Monday night, they ensured me that the technicians are working on the problem. Come Tuesday and it's still down. Been on the phone with them for over and hour... transferring me from one department to another, and also to the wrong departments. Telkom I am very upset and will definitely cancel my service with you tomorrow. This has been absolutely unacceptable!!! Unprofessional and absolutely pathetic.
