In September I went to the cell c store because I was getting a message stating that I was being billed for something and I had no idea what I was being charged for. The person attending me was very nice and said he had never seen a message like that before. I then insisted that he had a look on my account to see if I was being charged for anything. He had a look and said there was nothing and it was probably a message for someone else that gave my number. I left it until I got a bill today and saw how outrageous it was I went to another supervisor to cancel my contract. She looked and then proceeded to tell me I was being billed for a service since September and that I had to cancel the service and I would not get a refund. I told her about the last supervisor that told me it was nothing in September and she said he was fired. I am sure that he was representing cell c and that they should be responsible for there supervisor and not for me to pay R7 a day services I never asked for. I would like cell c to refund me for the R7 a day I paid from September until they manage to do something about it.
