I have two phone cotracts with MTN and not enoying at all. the phones that wer given to me initially when i took the contract are faulty phones started giving technical problems and took them bak but everytime i book them they still return back to me with the same problem and have to take it in again. i have booked both phones more three times already and still not getting any help with both the phones and now as i am lodging this compliant i do not have aphone to use yet i am paying for two contracts monthly.this is not the first time i am lodging a complaint on hello peter and the person that was dealing with my query did not make a follow up with me and resolve the matter.its sad that the consultants and the complaints department are not valuing the customer compliants and show no interest at all, just as long as they make a sale and debit your account its fine and i will not be liable for any penalty fee for the cancellation of the both the contracts with mtn and will be moving a network provider that will value its clients and give a good service. iam extremely angry that MTN is treating clients like this even when lodging a compliant at the head office no one ever comes back
