CPA cancellation

I cancelled my contract at autopage bayside end of november 2011 it was a CPA cancellation it was in the 7 days but autopage still charged me R283.25 and they never called me to tell me that but as per the CPA there was not surposted to be any chargers because I did not ever use this contract because it did not work on my laptop. So can you please fixes this becuase i want to take a contract out with Cell c but because of this I cant.
