I have experienced a run around with the service consultants at Cell C Direct, it has been just over 48hours where none of the staff in client services were able to resolve a problem on my contract. when I engaged Jennifer Monyamane on the 02/01/2014 she successfully migrated my contract from top up to straight up (open line). however I was informed that the BIS will be forfeited from the TOP UP and that I will need to call into the call centre to reload to which I have done, every consultant that took my call promised that someone will call me back to confirm the status resolution of my BIS, I have not been on line for the past 4 days. this is unacceptable I need a response today.
