I had a problem with my new galaxy s4 mini that is only one month old. It needed to be send for repairs but requested n loan phone in the time it need to be repaired. I was informed that because there is no store in my area if they have to send a loan phone from midrand I would have to pay for the costs involved. I was not happy with this and I requested to speak to a manager but all managers are not willing to talk to the client direct and was blocked on every ocation. The operator just said he will take a massage and they will get back to me and because my phone was broken and was calling from another phone i insisted on speaking to a manager imediatly. I believe that a company that has managers that is not willing to talk to a client is not worth to have my bussiness and that those managers should not be in that position. I now had to purchase anthor phone to keep myself incontact.
