Please explain
I used roaming services when I went to zimbabwe. We were told that since we had been on contract for more than a year we will not be charged for roaming.

Secondly, when hubby asked on the charges he was told that it will be R2 and R4 for landline and mobile respectively.
On coming back we received a shocked bill that we can not understand.
