Not impressed by mtn, after purchasing a sim pack and having it rica, i wanted to port my vodacom number, and yes i followed all the steps as the call centre directed me to do portme#... etc etc. no response on the sms system.
i then contacted the porting number today, when i explained the situation to them, the only response i got was to by a new starter pack, AGAIN. because the current one is already active, what is that, i already had a new starter back.
seems mtn has too many customers to only care about 1, the call centre and the porting centre have a no care attitude against new customers, and i really honestly think, that is poor business.

as myself i have a business and used vodacom for years, now i wanted to move all my communication devices over to mtn, but imagine if they can not even properly attend to one sim card port, imagine how bad it will be to port 40 numbers.
