Approving new contract on my name

I just checked my new account statement and have noticed a new MTN 750 contract on my name. I called Autopage who say the new contract was effective from 18/11/2013.

I must now suffer the inconvenience because they have made their problem my problem!
Because THEY approved a application - now I must go out of my way to obtain an affidavit stating that I did not sign for this contract!

I was also denied permission to view a copy of this contract - but I'm still expected to pay the charges with MY money while they beat around the bush and delegate a list of tasks they want me to undertake (at my expense) to try to fix THEIR mistake!
