Cancellation of cellphone number for life

I recently received a call from Fnb promoting a top up contract for mtn of which I accepted. Mtn then called me wanting to deliver a sim card tying me to a 24 month contract which I then declined for obvious reasons. On the 31st January they debited my account for R228.00 ref Mtn Sp A4765117. I then contacted mtn and had a major row with the agent, demanding they reverse said debit and cancel the contract. After much boo hoo the contract was cancelled and she promised that the debit would be reversed. To date, no reversal of debit and my so called number for life is completely disconnected. I then spoke to Lelorn 06-01-2014 ref 107805694 and she assured me that the the number would be reactivated in 2 hours. This is eight hours later. Could you kindly sort this out. Consumers beware of Fnb punting mtn products.
