Very unhappy with the service

Good day i settled my laptop contract last month with cell c and as i was shopping around for a car found out i didn't qualify but is didn't understand why so i checked my credit ratings when i found the contract was not closed and i was in arrears which didn't make sense to me, i check my statement which clearly reflected that the payment was made in full i followed up with your head office but no notes were made after my documents were received, please double check my account as this is messing with my credit record since i paid you guys in full . please get back to me today
