Three attempts have been made to discuss an issue on my December account and 3 times the call has been dropped. No attempt by Sibusiso to call back. On their free 123 number
My issue is still not resolved.
Called to speak to a non existent supervisor (phone unanswered in 10 minutes).
How incompetent are they?
