I booked my phone in for repairs on the 31st of December 2013, I was sent an SMS this morning advising me that I need to pay in for this repair as they cannot locate proof of purchase of this device on their system, I explained to the cionsultant that I dealt with that the phone was taken on a contract from the north gate branch and asked if they cannot follow up with them, I was then very arrogantly instructed that when I purchased the device I was given a proof of purchase (almost 2years ago) and I now I need to produce this, how the does mtn expect me to have kept this for 2 years. And considering I have purchased the device on contract from mtn surely there should be a record of it. I am sick and tired of the arrogant attitude and poor service I get from mtn staff. A this contract is nearing an end I can assure you that I will NEVER take another contract from mtn again. I can understand 1 or 2 incidences of poor service but every time I have a problem is unacceptable.
