Shocking Service!!!

Ooked my phone in for repairs and after being told 4 times by the branch and the repair center my phone 'will be here by Friday' still have not received my phone. Then told to contact the repair center myself again!? Surely this is not my Responsibility? Absoulutly appalled by the lack of service i have received not only at this store but in general over the past year as i have had numerous problems with my tablet and cellphone.
