LINE SUSPENDED

Please help, I am very UPSET, it becomes a habit of MTN to suspend my line every month now, I already make a payment on the 28th of December 2013, and in fact, the law said debtors have time until the 7th of each month to pay their account and on my contract it stated clearly the 7th of every month. My lines is suspended again. I send more than 50 mails and have about 30 reference numbers but nothing happen at all. And the funniest of all, I just receive an sms to pay immediately before they take legal action!!!
