Pathetic service lines still down after 25 days

Telkom is not pathetic. Pathetic is still some form of status. As one of the largest BBBEE corporations in this corrupt New South Africa with its incompetent Rainbow Nation, Telkom does not deserve to be a corporation.

As a loyal paying customer, I have been without service now for at least 25 days. Even in Nigeria, the official global training capital for career criminals, corrupt officials, and the new black mafia, service is better.

It has cost me a bunch just to report the fault because in case you didn't know, cell phones are expensive and by the way, when your land line is down, you have to pay for alternate resources to report the fault.

While reporting problem no 1, the faulty line, you are introduced to problem no 2, the call centre. They let you hold on for an operator on any given day, until what ever is left of your patience and your budget, is destroyed.

That brings you to problem number 3. The BBBEEE politically correct appointed VVVIP Telkom officials in their ivory towers are not accessible. Faceless like super powerful pimps they are warming chairs in expensive offices, all paid for by my money that I paid for a service I am not getting.
