Information problem

Hello everybody, if a person phones you from MTN, tell them no, they misleadingly tell you that their model phone is better than the one you currently have. For example I have a Galaxy Ace, the person said they have a great deal, where you can get 2 Galaxy phones for around R170 on special, and asked them if the phoned where a better model, the person replied yes talking his way around the model he was offering. So they deliver the phones in Erasmus kilo of where my work is situated, got home, and opened the box, and lets guess, what they gave, Samsung pocket phones, so you tell me is that a better phone, he'll no. And that was just the start. I went to the closest MTN shop, and they just redirected me to Brooklyn Mall where they promised help, when I got there, they could help at all, and promised Menlyn mall MTN will help me, there are 2shops so I went there, then after spending more than R200 fuel they could not help me and said they don't take in phones on weekends, what they could have told me that from the start. I can't go on weekends, hello, people work during the week, and my job doesn't allow me to go anywhere. That is my story. 0873508555 is the number they phoned from.
