No One Contacts You, Phone Doesn't Work

To Whom It May Concern

I have had a Samsung Galaxy S4 for 3 months now. I have E-mailed, and facebooked Samsung S.A with regards to my phone and no one has got back to me. What does a person have to do to get someone to help? I purchased a S View cover for my phone and when i put it on my phone loses signal, I then went back to swap the cover and the same thing happens I have done this with 5 covers same thing happens! Then WatchON doesn't work, Group Play doesn't work and neither does S Health. my software has been updated and none of those apps work now either. The phone has a warranty but Autopage has said they won't take my phone back and my phone is the only phone they have experienced this problem with!!! So what is going to happen because right now I am highly peed off because we business people rely on our phones and we pay good money for good phones and then the phones don't work!!!
