Late delivery

I'm so disappointed an frustrated with the late delivery and excuses from MTN The Glen.. I opened a contract for the iPhone 5c on the 26th of December (went with my mom) and Tshidi assured me that I would get my phone the next day (on the 27th). I called in on the 27th and they told me that they're still out of stock and that I going to get it on the 2nd or 3rd of The next month (January). Till today I still haven't got my phone and there's nothing more frustrating than "out if stock." Why advertise the phone if half of your stores are out of stock?? I seriously don't understand..
