Cannot request cancellation of my contract

After being on hold 15 mins the one day and 20 mins the next day trying to get my notification in for cancellation I decided to email my cancellation request (as it is specifically stated on the website that its Cybersmart preferred method of contact).
I emailed my request with ticket RT#4794673. Long story short - after several emails to query the status I have not heard anything yet. As I lodged this request last month I expect this service cancellation to be effective by latest end of February.
I also need to know if my line - which is currently billed by Cybersmart - will move back to Telkom without interruption?
