I did a port from Autopage to Vodacom Service Provider company. I was told all is in order and given a new handset. 7 days and numerous calls to 111 and the "port helpline" have not solved my problem: my new sim is still not activated. This is disappointing, especially given the fact that I did this port hoping on good service. What an inconvenience to have to sort this out during my vacation.
