I applied for an ADSL line. Payed the fee. Fill in forms and needless to say after 3 weeks I had to return and found out why it was not installed. Just to find out that the next day they return my form, it was declined due to a mistake on form or so they said. If I did not went back, they never would have called me. What is the purpose for writing numbers and email adresses on the form if their service is so bad that thenot even able to give you a call and then you have to wait for your money. You want money upfront, cash/credit and when they have to refund you, you have to wait... And you know the word goe out that consumers don't want others to go to places where quality of service was poor. Resulting in loss of clientele.
