I am using my daughter's HP a/c to complain about the pathetic service received from MTN.On 12 December 2013, I completed forms at the Resrvoir Hills MTN store to cancel my existing contract for cell number 083 441 5623 and have the a/c changed to a pre-paid facility. I was told this would be done in 24 hours. I contacted the MTN call centre earlier today & was told that there is no record of the cancellation request & that the agent could re-send the forms to me via e-mail for completion. At present I do not have access to printing facilities and it is a complete inconvenience for me to go through this process again! I would appreciate telephonic contact on 083 441 5623 as I also do not at present have access to e-mail. ALL I WANT IS FOR THE EXISTING CONTRACT TO BE CANCELLED & FOR THE NUMBER TO BE CHANGED TO A PRE-PAID FACILITY as I still wish to use 083 441 5623.Could someone helpful please assist me. PLEASE DO NOT E-MAIL ME, CALL ME AS I HAVE REQUESTED ABOVE.
