ADSL speed a month

Now since 30/11/2014
ARS 238834 still not solved - Telkom going down the drains like rest of country. Banana republic. Lines are congested is the excuse. How do you assign new lines without infrastructure analysis. Typical new South Africa. Just assume all will be in order.
SORT OUT YOUR BAD SERVICE.
Must I just live like this forever.
At least give me broadband in the meantime. TELKOM You messed up once again.
