Terrible service

I up graded my phone early December at Canal walk cell c, I was assured my phone was to be delivered the next week to the cell c shop Hermanus where I live. After waiting the week and hearing nothing, I called back, couldn't get hold of the correct person, I tried 5 times, no one called me back, eventually I went to the cell c shop hermanus, I was told there was a phone for me there and I was to come back the next day with the necessary documentation, which I did, only to be told I couldn't have the phone it was for someone else in Cape Town, I then called cell c direct and was also told I could do the up grade by them and the phone will be couriered to me, they do have stock! I have just called only to be told I am on back order, no one called me at all to let me know, this has been the worst service I have experienced, I have been a client of cell c for over 10 years and have never let my account default, terrible service cell c, it's now almost a month and still no phone. BAD.
