Took money without a loan by them

I applied for a loan online with them, was approved and emailed the contract the next day. An hour after I got contract, I was called by someone from their head office and when I informed her that I had been working for only 3 months (which I did say on my online application), she told me that it's declined. Then, on the 23rd a debit order came off my account without me even having a loan with them, or signing something. I mailed them about it, and was told by Kelly that it would take 3 to 4 days to give my money back. Pathetic! It's going to take that long to pay my money that they basically from me??? Be careful of online loan companies!
