Debit Order Reversal!?!?

Four weeks and I am still waiting for my the debit order to be reversed. Been into the branch every week over the past month and numerous phone calls and emails.
I requested that FNB not allow the debit orders through which they ignored and now I have to beg and plead to "try" get my money back...!
