No Service for 2 whole days

Vodacom migrated my contract on Tuesday 31-12-2013. This migration started at 09:00. I have had a "No Service" message on my phone since then. If I reboot the phone I receive signal for about 15 minutes, then lose signal. I called the call centre and was told everything would be sorted by yesterday morning. This is unacceptable! I hope to receive credit for the two days non service and also, if there are any missed sms from my bank I hold Vodacom liable. I would leave my cell no as a contact but that would be a waste of time!
