Five month battle with vodacom!

For months I have been trying to get Vodacom to help, without success.
Short summary:
1) Unable to run business due to slow/no Internet (3G cover area)
2) After numerous complaints an appointment was made for a technician to visit me in person.
3) Took a day of work!!! Waited the entire day but nobody showed. Aug13
4) Repeated the entire process, with same outcome. Aug13
5) During the next two months I spent hours and hours on the phone explaining myself over and over! Each time promised a callback that never happened. Sep&Okt
6) End NOV13.Spoke to team leaders Andries and Judy. Judy Chetty (sorry for spelling) called to inform that vodacom is cancelling my contract pre-maturely due to them being unable to provide service. Breakthrough!
7) Changed service provider, I had reliable internet at last! DEC13
8) Received calls from Andries assuring me that cancellation is in progress
9) During December spent hours on phone trying to get cancellation confirmed before month end
10) No resolve from vodacom, not cancelled
11) Jan14.back to step one!
next- Hello Peter then Lawyer!

Paid vodacom every month for nothing!
Spent hours and hours and hours on phone!
Took day off work!
I want compensation Vodacom
