"We'll let you know of the outcome"

This is a response to the complaint I made on 09:28 Fri 29 Nov to do with Unfair Dealings. I pleaded my side of the case and was met with a quick reply stating that it has been elevated to Regional Management and I would be notified of the outcome. I was contacted by the MTN shop letting me know they have a Z1 in stock for me, confused by what this meant I went to the shop and asked what this means, apparently "Regional Management" emailed them about my case and offered me the Z1 on the exact same contract that anybody else could get at any time. I was never notified by anyone what their "outcome" was. I was suppose to upgrade starting 1 November, today is 1 January 2014. Awaiting outcome
