I'M STILL AWAITING THE OUTCOME OF THE ASSESSMENT

Last year someone bumped my car on the right passenger door, I submitted all the documents and case number to King Price, the claim was finalised and my car fixed. my only problem is that I want to know the outcome of the assessment as I think I'm suppose to get my excess back. they've been promising to get back to me but failed to do so.
