MTN cannot change customer's address

In December I contacted HelloPeter to complain about the fact that I have requested on many occasions that they please change the address of one of their customers who lives in my road. I have been getting his statements for years now and on two occasions have had written confirmation that the address has been changed. What was in my mailbox this afternoon? Yes another statement addressed to Mr. Fick but with my address on it.
If a big company cannot get a simple task like changing an address, how can you trust them to supply a good service to you? I give up. Glad I'm with one of their competitors.
