It has now been a month and 10 days since I requested information (facts and details) from Yolande Nel from the Legal Collections department, without a reply.

Your company's service is disgusting. Every person I have spoken to in Vodacom has given me different stories and different facts. How many more stories are you going to make up regarding what has happened?

Your lack of professionalism, lack of efficiency and the fact that you cannot give me a proper factual answer disgusts me.

Please have someone in a senior position contact me with all factual and correct information as I no longer want to deal with people who give me the run around and don't even bother getting back to me once I point out that they have just given me nonfactual information. I am done running after you to have my name cleared of something VODACOM told me I was clear of.
