I upgraded my contract on 17 dec 2013. Due to an unauthorised address change no delivery could be done. After many mails and calls with no success I requested a cancellation of the upgrade and my contract on 24 Dec 2013. I have requested a letter from Vodacom to this effect since then.
As from 27 Dec I have send mails to get feedback but I only get a answer that Nadeem will respond with feedback. This does not happen!!!
I know it is holiday times, but I can not believe that all people at vodacom are on leave at the same time.
You have spoilt a Christmas gift to a loved - one and now your silence is just an reflection of the horrible service I got when you could not explain how or who changed an address on your system.
Is there no one more senior that can be contacted?
To all people in South Africa - Don't expect service from Vodacom, just don't support them!!!
