The problem first started on the 11th of December, when we upgraded our line, the upgrade never came into effect, and after numerous phone calls, our internet just stopped working on the 20th, we have been trying to sort this problem out everyday since then, every phone call we would just get transferred over and over again.

After receiving numerous promises that the problem is busy being sorted out, nothing has happened. In order to carry on the usual course of business we have had to pay extra amounts by buying data on a dongle, the people in the office with laptops going and paying for service at internet cafes.

I find this service, or lack there of, completely unacceptable. And one thing that I am certain of is that Telkom will not be slow on billing us for this month.
