Abused and left hanging on the phone

I called the vodacom care line 111 to get help with my phones that were not working. I spoke to Nobesuthu. She didn't know how to fix the phone. Made me hold for a long time came back with no solution still. Shouted at me about the buttons on the phone, then verbally abused me and told me that she doesn't want to help me and left me hanging on the line. She then didn't drop the phone so that I couldn't rate her... after sometime she transferred it to someone else or another department.
My phones are still not working if they were not on contract I would throw the SIM cards away and go to another network. It's end of the year I am travelling around without phones
