Still making unauthorized debit orders!!!

I canceled my account with Internet Solution (Always on) in Jan 2013 paid my last fee in Feb
Then you took the equipment out.
After that you still make a debit order. I contacted you, i phoned, i mailed...
Nothing.. So eventually i decided to complain on Hello Peter in October2012 because
no one helped me and the debit order still went off every month.

When i complained on Hello Peter i saw im not the only person complaining about the same problem. But good service someone contacted me that same day.
Later that month i got all money back. Thanks to Duncan Alfers.
I was happy and left it there. So today i decided to go through my bank account
and realized the debit order did not stop???
