So, after my first report on 24 Dec 13 I received call from some guy at Vodacom who promised to help with my new phone and get it sorted out. And like everyone else, previously spoken to, he said it was another departments issue. He promised to get it sorted and would call me either on 26 Dec or at latest the 27th Dec.
I still have had NO call and STILL CANNOT FREEEKING USE MY NEW PHONE.
Has anyone out there ever had success with taking legal action against Vodacom?..As this is BEYOND PATHETIC
